Brilliant site! really like the style and the funky approach to such a wealth of nutritional information... i will be visiting again, thank you
I love this blog. I recently have had some heart arrhythmia problems and also surgery on my spine. Because of the heart palpitations I have given up smoking and drinking, and feel much healthier.... i would have quit these things before if I had know I would feel this much better. I even lost 20 lbs.
Anyway, thanks for the blog, it is very informative and fun too.
