		<description>Oh my gosh Terry, please don't do that!  Roughage is great for preventing hemorrhoids, but I would stick with a commercially prepared product if I were you.  Any quality health food store should have a standardized extract of the capsules, or liquid tincture.  From nature's perspective though the medicine does look just as prickly and irritating as the problem though...don't you think?</description>
